These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kg9990. kg9990 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

kg9990 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. All monetary values on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account or use any service offered by kg9990. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. kg9990 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. kg9990 does not accept liability for any breach of local law by players who use the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

1.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one kg9990 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice and any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at kg9990's sole discretion.

1.4 Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account suspension.

1.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kg9990 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. kg9990 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Players with fully verified accounts may be eligible for higher transaction limits. Current limits are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of transaction.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. kg9990 does not charge withdrawal fees; processing times are subject to the receiving payment provider's own timelines.

3.4 Player Funds

kg9990 maintains player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds. In the event of insolvency, player funds are protected from creditor claims to the extent required by applicable internal policy. This does not constitute a guarantee under any specific statutory protection scheme.

3.5 Returned and Failed Transactions

If a deposit fails to credit to your kg9990 account within a reasonable timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number. Unresolved deposit disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date. kg9990 cannot process claims raised after this period.

5.1 Game Availability

The availability of games on the kg9990 Platform may change at any time. kg9990 does not guarantee that any particular game will remain available indefinitely. Game availability may be affected by provider agreements, technical maintenance, or regulatory considerations.

5.2 Certified Random Outcomes

All casino games offered through kg9990 use random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by the respective game provider. kg9990 does not modify game outcomes. Sports betting results are determined by real-world event outcomes only.

5.3 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the kg9990 system. Bets placed after the closing of a market, or during a system error, may be voided. kg9990 reserves the right to void any bet placed under incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error. Players will be notified of any voided bets and the relevant stake will be returned to their BDT wallet.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of play. kg9990 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without notice.

5.5 Disconnection During Play

In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the Platform will attempt to complete the round using the last recorded game state. kg9990 is not liable for losses resulting from connection issues, device failures, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before playing.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kg9990 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of coordinated play designed to exploit bonus mechanics or game outcomes
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any other illegal purpose
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kg9990 staff or other players through any Platform communication channel

9.1 Service Availability

kg9990 strives to provide a consistently available and reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. kg9990 accepts no liability for losses suffered as a direct result of Platform unavailability.

9.2 Gambling Losses

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. kg9990 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred while using the Platform, provided that the games operated are fair and certified in accordance with clause 5.2. It is your sole responsibility to manage your gambling activity within your financial means.

9.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg9990's total liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

kg9990 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

11.1 Amendments to These Terms

kg9990 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via a platform notification or email to the address registered on their account. The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notification. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and kg9990 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

11.4 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
